My edge comes from my non-linear career path. I take a journalistic approach to content marketing and go straight to the source—SMEs, product managers, customers, and prospects—to gain a deep understanding of both the product and my audience through interview skills honed over years of newspaper reporting. Then I bring in my sales experience to identify my audience’s pain points and map them to viable solutions.
